We offer the following:
Pre-recorded video courses (available on-demand)
Live meditation sessions via Zoom or Google Meet
Physical products: meditation tools such as pyramids, yantras, and copper items, either manufactured by us or resold from verified suppliers
3. Account Registration
To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices listed are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via secure payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Refunds:
Video courses: Non-refundable once accessed
Live sessions: 50 percent Refundable if cancelled within 5 days of joining.
Physical products: Eligible for refund or exchange only if damaged or defective upon delivery (must report within 24 hours of delivery)
5. Intellectual Property
All content on TratakMeditation.com—including videos, graphics, text, logos, methods, and techniques—is the property of Tratak Meditation or its licensors.
You may not:
Share course content publicly
Record, resell, or redistribute live or pre-recorded sessions
Reproduce or adapt any part of the website for commercial use
6. Product Disclaimer
While we offer tools such as copper pyramids, yantras, and other meditation aids, results may vary. These products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
Use physical items with care, especially around children or if you have allergies or health conditions.
7. Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to:
Harass, abuse, or spam instructors or other users
Disrupt live sessions
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
8. Liability Disclaimer
All content is intended for personal, spiritual, and educational use. We do not guarantee specific results, nor are we liable for:
Personal outcomes or interpretations

10. Product Delivery and Shipping
Shipping Time: 5 to 10 business days within India (longer for remote areas)
International shipping: Available on request
Damaged or missing products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for refund or replacement eligibility
